Cancellation & Refund Policy
All trainings are subject to sufficient registration.
If a live event is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, weather emergencies, or technical issues, paid registrants may choose to attend a rescheduled event at no cost or receive a full refund.
The Neuroscience of Therapy Conference is responsible for training administration only. Registrants are responsible for any related travel or personal expenses.
Refunds:
Cancellations received at least 4 weeks before the program will receive a full refund minus a $150 USD processing fee.
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event or once training has begun are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once a certificate has been generated.

All presenters must disclose financial or non-financial relationships relevant to their content. These disclosures will appear in the program materials or be announced at the start of the session. Some presenters may offer products or models for sale. Inclusion does not imply endorsement.
